In Islam, there is a beautiful concept called Sadaqah Jariyah; a continuous charity whose reward continues even after a person has left this world. The Prophet ﷺ said that when a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them. We are raising support to build a lasting project in memory of Alhaja Fatimat Okeowo, a sadaqah that people can continue to benefit from a place where lives can be touched, needs can be met and goodness can continue to flow. Our intention is simple: to build well, so it can serve well; and to give in a way that continues to earn reward. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, is a part of this legacy. And even beyond financial contributions, your prayers, sharing this campaign, and helping us reach others are also deeply appreciated. May Allah accept this from everyone who gives, shares, prays or contributes in any way. May He make it a source of immense reward for Alhaja Fatimat Okeowo, illuminate her grave, forgive her shortcomings, and grant her Aljanatul Fridaws, Aameen.
